Cardboard Desk

Awhile back at one of my stops we came across the first cardboard desk I have ever seen. The guys at the stop designed it as if it were a piece of high class office furniture - the low class edition. The desk is made of nothing but cardboard and has a drawer, slots for filing, an extension so you can write while you sit and a traditional counter space. I used my T-Mobile Sidekick for on the go blog shots...lol. GO GREEN! YOU TOO CAN RECYCLE!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!! Fatherhood.gov Commercial

I saw this Fatherhood commercial awhile ago while I was watching the NBA Playoffs. It is funny, inspiring and sad all at the same time. Sad in the sense that society has to advertise the importance of being a "Father". When Joshua was on his way I knew there was nothing more I wanted to do than be a great Father to him. I know what it is like to have no one there for you except your Mother, to love you good or bad through thick and thin. I am posting this commercial in the wake of "Father's Day" because more "Father's" should be the topic of discussion rather than "Dead Beat Dad's".

Family trip to the Park on 5-30-2009

Last week Ellie and I took Crystal and Joshua to Johnson Park in New Brunswick. They have a section there with some animals that you can feed. Two of the fowl were intriguing do to their stylish hairdos.
